Tom's (Not So Secret) BBQ Rib Marinade

Want to add a spicy kick to your sauce? Include 1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Cayenne Olive Oil.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Chipotle Olive Oil
  • 1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Espresso Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 C white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 C lemon juice
  • 3/4 C low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 C Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 T dry mustard
  • 2 T salt
  • 1 T fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp chopped parsley (fresh or dried)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. 
  2. Prepare meat (cut off unwanted fats, remove thin membrane from ribs, etc.) 
  3. Place meat in a Ziploc (or similar) bag. 
  4. Pour marinade in and seal bag. 
  5. Place in refrigerator overnight for best flavor.
