"All Dressed Up" Herb Vinaigrette

Adapted from Hy-Vee "seasons" recipe

Makes 1 cup


  • 1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Serrano Honey Vinegar
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 C chopped shallot
  • 2 T honey
  • 2 T chopped fresh basil
  • 1 T chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 3 T of The Olive Bin's Rosemary Olive Oil (Fused)


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Add salt and continue whisking until salt dissolves. Whisk in shallot, honey, basil, thyme, garlic, and pepper.
  2. Gradually add in olive oil while whisking vigorously. Continue whisking until the ingredients have emulsified and thickened. Taste and adjust the seasonings to desired taste. 
  3. Trasfer vinaigrette to a bottle or jar. Use immediately or cover and store in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Let chilled vinaigrette stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
