Brunch Pizza

Breakfast & Brunch

This breakfast pizza has just the right amount of spice with our Chipotle olive oil. If you prefer a less spicy option, substitute Garlic olive oil for Chipotle.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 C frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 C (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 C milk (2%)
  • 1 T + 2 T of The Olive Bin's Chipotle Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 T grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cook and crumble sausage; drain and set aside. 
  3. Separate crescent roll dough into eight trangles and place on an ungreased 12-in round pizza pan with points toward center. Press over the bottom and up the sides to form a crust; seal perforations. 
  4. Spread 1 T of Chipotle oil over crust. Spoon sausage over crust; sprinkle with hash browns and cheddar cheese.
  5. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, remaining 2 T of Chipotle oil, salt, and pepper; pour over cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden. Serve immediately.
