Sweet-and-Spicy Guacamole



Serving size about 1 medium bow


  • 1/4 red onion
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 T of The Olive Bin's Chipotle Olive Oil
  • 1.5 T of The Olive Bin's Lime Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp cracked red pepper
  • 1-2 fresh jalapeno, minced (optional)
  • 2-3 avocados, diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. In a bowl, mash diced avocados (with a fork or other tool) until the guacamole reaches desired consistency
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well
  3. Serve immediately with tortilla chips, or chill and serve later

“Excellent! Personally, I love the Green Chili olive oil, so I used that in place of the chipotle... I would suggest olive oil to taste, because I had to add more to taste the olive oil. Excellent dish, and makes a good size amount for a group!”
