Cinnamon Pear Apple Pie





  1. Preheat oven to 350 (325 degrees if using a glass pie plate).
  2. Peel, core, and thinly slice apples.
  3. In a large bowl, mix apples, 1 C sugar, brown sugar, apple pie spice, and Cinnamon Pear balsamic.
  4. Place unbaked pie crust in bottom of pie plate. Pour mixture into pie shell.
  5. Cut slices of butter over apple mixture and cover with second pie crust.
  6. Make slits in top crust, to allow steam to escape.
  7. Mix Roasted Walnut oil with 2 remaining tablespoons sugar and brush on top crust.
  8. Bake 50 to 55 minutes, or until apples are tender.
