Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place fillets in a 13x9-in. baking dish. For marinade, in a small bowl, whisk water, juice, honey, oil, and vinegar until blended. Set aside 3 T marinade. Pour remaining marinade over fillets, turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. 
  2. Drain and discard marinade. Transfer fillets to a broiler pan coated iwth cooking spray. Broil 4-6 in. from hear for 4-6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently with reserved marinade.
