Veggie Pizza



Recipe adapted from RealSimple.com


  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 T + 2 tsp of The Olive Bin's Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
  • 2 bunches broccolini, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 lb multigrain pizza dough, room temperature
  • 3/4 C marinara sauce
  • 1/2 head of small radicchio, torn
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 C ricotta
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Heat 2 T olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, stirring occasionally, about 1 to 2 minutes. 
  3. Add broccolini to skillet. Cook, tossing occasionally, until crisp-tender but still bright green, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove garlic-broccolini mixture from skillet; set aside.
  4. Brush two baking sheets with remaining olive oil. Shape pizza dough into 2 rounds and place 1 on each of the lightly-oiled baking sheets. Dividing evenly between the two pizzas, top with marinara sauce, radicchio, bell pepper, and the cooked broccolini. Top with ricotta. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake until golden brown, rotating baking sheets halfway through, about 15 to 20 minutes. Cut each pizza into 4 slices and serve immediately.
