Asian Slaw

Ingredients (for 4 People):

1 T fresh lime juice 1 tsp Asian fish sauce 1/2 tsp of The Olive Bin's Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil 1/4 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar 1 1/2 T of The Olive Bin's Lime Olive Oil One wedge (1/2 lb) purple cabbage, cored, and finely shredded 1/4 C chopped scallions (green parts only)

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, Sesame oil, salt, sugar, and olive oil. 
  2. Add cabbage and scallions to the bowl and toss thoroughly until well-coated. Cover and refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
