"All Dressed Up" Herb Vinaigrette
1/2 C of The Olive Bin's Serrano Honey Vinegar 1 T Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp salt 1/4 C chopped shallot 2 T honey 2 T chopped fresh basil 1 T chopped fresh thyme 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper 3 T of The Olive Bin's Rosemary Olive Oil (Fused)
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Add salt and continue whisking until salt dissolves. Whisk in shallot, honey, basil, thyme, garlic, and pepper.
- Gradually add in olive oil while whisking vigorously. Continue whisking until the ingredients have emulsified and thickened. Taste and adjust the seasonings to desired taste.
- Trasfer vinaigrette to a bottle or jar. Use immediately or cover and store in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Let chilled vinaigrette stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
