Parmesan, Pear & Blood Orange Salad with Walnuts
4 C of mixed greens, loosely packed 2 tsp of The Olive Bin's Traditional 18-Year Balsamic Vinegar 2 tsp of The Olive Bin's Cranberry Pear 1 T of The Olive Bin's Blood Orange Olive Oil (Fused) 1 T of The Olive Bin's Roasted French Walnut Oil 1 ripe pear, cored and thinly sliced 3 oz aged Parmesan cheese 1/4 C chopped walnuts Freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Mix greens, pear slices, grated cheese, and walnuts in a shallow bowl.
- Mix oils and balsamic vinegars together in small bowl. Pour onto greens and toss lightly. Add pepper before serving.
