Fresh, zesty, and classic Mediterranean flavor. Complements marinades and salads; delicious for bread dipping, brushed on vegetables, and with poultry. The addition of Oregano makes this vinegar the perfect complement to a wide variety of extra virgin olive oils and will make superb vinaigrettes. Remarkable in tomato-based sauce recipes, such as marinara, puttanesca, and Bolognese.
The balsamic vinegar found at The Olive Bin are gluten-free, dairy-free (no pasteurization), no sugar added, and vegan. They are not Kosher certified. We recommend a shelf life of 5 years for your balsamic vinegar.
