Wonderful drizzled over my Lemon Buttermilk Poppy Seed Snack Cake. Great counterpoint to the sweet glaze
SIMPLY WONDERFUL! First thought of course was over ice cream - yum, especially vanilla bean (Turkey Hill Natural);l then on to other: strawberries, like choc covered only better; makes a great addition to the 'ju' after roasting pork loin; have even added to my sloppy Joe recipe, yum; finally reworked chipotle choc bar recipe and add to this batter. Cannot go wrong with choc balsamic or so many of other flavors - limited only by your imagination.
Who would have thought to add dark chocolate flavor to a Balsamic vinegar? It's extraordinary. My favorite use it so combine it with Olive Oil, honey, salt & pepper to make a delicious vinaigrette for a mixed green salad with strawberries and chopped pecans. I have also used it for a chicken mole marinade.
